Sonett is an internal denomination of the Weinhaus Heger Winery for a high quality dry-style wine that goes perfectly well with food.
This dry white wine has notes of citrus and green apples. The light and fresh aroma continues on the palate. This Pinot Blanc's acidity is balanced by its fruity body, making it a a very quaffable wine. Well structured and dense, but without any heaviness.

Review: Perfumed white blossom, Pinot Blanc citrus and grapefruit refreshed by a good level of acidity, followed by spicy white peach and hints of minerals on the nose. This Weissburgunder has a weighted texture with white pepper.
