Nice pinkish colour, floral nose of strawberry, apricot and green apple fruit aromas. Bracing acidity and stony freshness, delicate but persistent.
This rosé is a selection of ripe red grapes from different sites and soils. Mainly Pinot Noir and Portugieser but also some Cabernet Grapes.
The grapes were hand harvested and put directly to the press. Before pressing, the grapes were macerated for a few hours to extract some of the colour. The juice was then fermented in steel tanks.
After fermentation, let on lees for a few more months to let the wine increase in flavour and complexity.
