Scents of exotic fruits, lime, lemongrass, young flowers, green pepper and grapefruit. On the palate it's easy to drink, with a fresh acidity and the exotic flavours remain in the mouth.
This organic Sauvignon Blanc was sourced from grapes from different vineyards around Ruppertsberg and Deidesheim. The soils are formed of sand, loam, clay and rocky sandstone. The grapes were harvested at the end of September and were softly pressed and the must settled for 24 hours. The fermentation was temperature- controlled in stainless steel tanks.
Recommendation: Enjoy this Sauvignon Blanc by the glass in the upcoming summer or drink it with modern dishes with seafood or salads.
