Vineyard: Different vineyards around Ruppertsberg and Deidesheim.
Soil: Sand, loam, clay and rocky sandstone
Harvest: Selective picking at the end of September.
Cellar: The grapes were softly pressed and the must settled for 24 hours. The fermentation was temperature controlled in stainless steel tanks.
Nose: Gooseberry, passion fruit, green pepper.
Pallet: Light, elegant and fresh with animating acidity.
Food recommendation: Enjoy this Sauvignon Blanc by the glass in the summer or drink it to modern dishes with seafood or salad.
