Fermented in big wooden casks. No malo, no residual sugar. Smells like white peaches and rose petals, and just a little buttery. Lovely light-footed fragrance and spice across the tongue. Satsuma juiciness, broadens out and then a zigzag of acidity races in to the finish. (Tamlyn Currin – JancisRobinson.com)
Fresh, clear scent of white mirabelles, citrus fruit and rose petals with fine plant characteristics. On the palette a well balanced body and subtle nerve. The fruit is enriched by fine acidity until a long finish. Lively wine with all components working in harmony, leading to a mineral finish.
Food recommendation: Fabulous with poached and fried fish, seafood and pasta.
