Fresh, delicately fruity, elegantly youthful St. Veit with a balanced taste. This cuveé belongs to our classification “Leichte Linie" meaning light summer wines, it's a multifaceted composition made out of our typical grape varieties Silvaner, Scheurebe and Riesling. Silvaner provides the Franconian style, the fruity finish comes from the Scheurebe and the fruity fresh character combined with a fine acidity from the Riesling.
Fermentation is effected at a lower temperature in comparison to our classical wines bottled in the Bocksbeutel. In this way the carbon dioxide is preserved giving the wine its tangy character and pleasant freshness.
