Fresh, delicately fruity and elegantly youthful, St. Veit has a balanced taste.
Belonging to our classification "Gutweine", this light summer wine is a multifaceted blend of our typical grape varieties Silvaner, Scheurebe and Riesling. Silvaner provides the Franconian style, the fruity finesse comes from the Scheurebe and the fresh and elegant character from the Riesling.
Fermentation is effected at a lower temperature in comparison to our wines bottled in the Bocksbeutel. In that way carbon dioxide is preserved giving the wine its tangy character and pleasant freshness.
