Production details: Late harvest in November and a long fermentation on the mash in french wooden fermenters- vinification in 60% new barrels.
A very dense taste of blackcurrants with juniper berries, pepper and vanilla notes. The combination of new and used wood barrels gives a harmonious tannin structure. Overall it is a complex wine with a variety of flavours.
