Wine: Stored for 5 years in Aldinger's cellars in Stuttgart and now it is ready for getting served. An intense Pinot Noir wine with fine fruity, smokey and graphite as well as black berries aroma. This wine obtains its richness from dark berries, leather and a perfect acid and wood fusion.
Fermentation: Premazeration with 50% whole grapes with the natural yeast in French wooden casks.
Drinking temperature: 12-18 Celsius
To keep: 9-12 years from 2021
