Elegant but yet full bodied. The wine produces a dense aroma of berries, cherry and redcurrants as well as a slight vanilla tone on the nose. A fine tannin structure and a smokey wood aroma gives this it’s finesse.
fermentation: Cold maceration with 20% whole grapes, 3 weeks mash fermentation.
vinification: 100 % Barrique, 9 month
Alcohol: 12,5% vol.
Res. sugar: 1,6 g/l
Acidity: 6,2 g/l
