An intense Pinot Noir with fine fruity, smokey, graphite and blackberry aroma. This rich wine has flavours of dark berries, wood and leather, fused with a perfect acidity.
Fermentation: Maceration with 40% whole grapes. Fermentation with the natural yeast in French wooden fermenters. 16 months vilification in barrels.
