An intense Spätburgunder (PInot Noir), it has fine fruity, smokey and graphite flavours, as well as a blackberry aroma. This wine gains its richness from dark berries, leather and a perfect acid and wood fusion.
Fermentation: Pre-maceration with 50% whole grapes. Fermentation with the natural yeast in French wooden ferments.
Drinking temperature: 14-18°C
Alcohol: 12,5% vol.
