An elegant yet full bodied fine red wine. The Spätburgunder Premier Cru produces a dense aroma of cherries, blackberries and slight herbal notes in the nose. The fine tannine structure and smokey wood aroma give this Pinot Noir its finesse.
Fermentation: Cold maceration with 20% whole grapes, 3 weeks mash fermentation.
Drinking temperature: 16-18°C
Alcohol: 12,5% vol.
