Always comes from grand cru vineyards, but tends to be the younger vines. Expressive nose of wild flowers and acacia. Bold, almost grassy, with a strong base of chamomile tea, citrus, and acidity that brings the blood to your cheeks. Nothing out of kilter, but there is a wild streak here. The wine features a very fresh and fruity fragrance of lemon, peach and pineapple.
A very smooth, balanced Riesling with well-rounded fruit, producing an exquisite mix of minerallity and fruit on the palette.
An ideal wine to be served with fish, appetisers or simply to be enjoyed on its own.
