This wine is formed of grapes from different vineyards around Ruppertsberg and Deidesheim. The soil is sand, loam, clay and rocky sandstone.
Harvested with selective picking in the beginning of October then the grapes were softly pressed and the must settled for 24 hours. The fermentation was 100% in stainless steel.
Nose: Fresh, floral, mineralic with hints of peach and citrus notes.
Taste: Crisp approach, salty minerality with lots of fruit and quite a long finish.
Alcohol: 12,5% vol.
Res. sugar: 6,5 g/l
Acidity: 7,7 g/l
