Vineyard: Different vineyards in the village of Deidesheim.
Soil: Selective picking at the end of September 2017.
Cellar: The grapes were softly pressed and the must settled for 24 hours. The fermentation was temperature controlled in stainless steel tanks. The bottling was in March 2018.
Nose: Stone fruit, peach, apple, young floral notes and salt.
Palate: Juicy, mineral, fresh acidity and salty.
Food recommendation: Enjoy this Riesling as a young Wien to modern kitchen, like pasta or salad. Slightly aged also perfect to roasted meat or to barbecue.

Res. sugar: 5,7 g/l
