Vineyard: The Leinhöhle is situated on the western brim of Deidesheim next to Kieselberg and Paradiesgarten. The vineyard is south facing and close to the forest. So if gets a lots of sun during the day and cool wind during the night.
Soil: Eroded sandstone, small sandstone gravel, loam.
Harvest: Selective picking at the beginning of October.
Cellar: The grapes were softly pressed and the must settled for 24 hours. The fermentation took place in traditional oak with natural yeast.
Taste: Bitter orange, wet gravel stones, lime zest.
Palate: Fresh, vibrant acidity, very mineral, long persistence.
Alcohol: 12,5% vol.
Res. sugar: 5,8 g/l
Acidity: 7,9 g/l
