"Intense blood orange and streaks of cinnamon and herbs, not unlike a rosé vermouth. A love the robust acidity and bol, supple muscularity. A real gymnast rosé. / Tamlyn Currin @ Jancis Robinson / 16.5 points

Vineyard: Grown around the Schweigen area, on the German and Alsatian side. The vineyard soil there is rich in sandstone and limestone and the age of the vines varies between 10 and 50 years.

Vinification: A blend of Meunier, Portugieser and Pinot Noir.
The grapes were carefully selected by hand and gently pressed after a short maceration period. The restrained fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks. After five months on fine lees, the wine was gently filtered and then bottled in February 2020.

Wine: This dry Rosé Cuveé has a lively acidity and subtle fruit sweetness. It has elegant aromas of fresh yellow stone fruit, rosehip, citrus and raspberry, which make it a perfect, uncomplicated wine to enjoy on the terrace with food.
