"Pure volcanic soil, two weeks' skin contact, big oak ageing.
Smoky bacon and cherry jam. Does the cancan in your mouth, high kicks and energy and delicious ripeness. Fruit with a candied edge is the whole message. Sinewy gymnast tannins and rounded muscle. This actually chuckles at you. Fresh, fun, mouth-watering, a wine to chill and drink in summer. Real pleasure wine"
