The grapes are harvested from 10-20 years old vines in the vineyard side of Appenheim and Gas-Algesheim. The vineyards are affected by clay and limestone soils.
All grapes are selected and picked by hand. Maceration on skins, must clarification and fermentation with natural yeasts in steel tanks until January. Afterwards another mature on lees until bottling in March.
Clear fruit flavours of apricot and citrus on the nose. Complex and spicy on the palate with aromas of ripe peaches. A classic Riesling with fine, mineral and crispy finish.

Acidity: 8,2 g/l
