The grapes are harvested from the old vines of the vineyard side Gau-Algesheimer St. Laurenzikapelle and Goldberg. The "Terra Fisca" soils are affected by clay and limestone. Exposition: steep south facing slopes.
Fermentation: All grapes are selected and picked by hand. Maceration on skin, must clarification and fermentation in steel tanks until January.
Wine: Spicy flavours, pear, pineapple and peach on the nose. Stone fruit and strong yellow flavours on the palate. Lively acid, dry, medium-bodied Riesling with great elegance and an intense mineral finish.
Alcohol: 12,5% vol.
Res. sugar: 4,5 g/l
Acidity: 7,5 g/l
