An extraordinarily fine and subtle bouquet of young tropical fruits and white melon, as well as hints of citrus fruits and ladyfinger bananas. Dense but with a very elegant texture on the palate. All components are very harmoniously integrated. The aroma exhibits hints of white apples and young fresh pears. Totally unobtrusive and delicate acid structure. A highly subtle minerality and a filigree but nevertheless aromatic length. Hints of citrus fruits and sea salt in the finish. A Grand Cru of calm superiority.
Food recommendation: An ideal wine along with poached or roasted fish, seafood, veal or chicken dishes and pasta.
