The rosé is a selection of ripe red grapes from different sites and soils. The cuveé is mainly Pinot Meunier and Portugieser with a small portion of Pinot Noir.
The grapes were carefully selected by hand and gently juiced after a short maceration period. The restrained fermentation and the further expansion took place in stainless steel tanks. After 4 months on fine lees and gentle filtration it was bottled in January 2018.
It's lively acidity in combination with subtle fruit sweetness and it's elegant aromas of fresh stone fruit, rosehip, citrus, raspberry and yellow fruits make it a perfect, uncomplicated wine to enjoy on the terrace and a fine food companion.
