Grapes grown on grey slate, picked by hand in the first week of October and fermentation lasted until March of the following year. A lovely wine that shows tropic aromas. The slight sweetness is perfectly balanced by the smooth acidity.
Food recommendation: Due to the sweetness this wine goes well with Asian food, poultry and noodles.
