Grapes are grown on black slate and picked by hand in the first week of October. Fermentation lasted until March of the following year and terminated at 12,4 g/l residual sugar. A very lively wine that shows tropic aromas. A slight sweetness is perfectly balanced by the smooth acidity.
Due to its sweetness, this wine goes well with Asian food, poultry and noodles.
