Vinification: Gentle processing of the grapes, classic mash fermentation, 12 months barrique storage.

Drinking window: the 2015 was a relatively warm year. The wine is intense with red berry aromas and quite soft in its acidity structure. You can drink it without any change in the taste until 2024.
