Vinification: Fully ripeness of grapes and hand picking selected of grapes. Yield about 35-40 hl/ha, gentle treatment of the crop, crushed must fermentation and maceration for about 20 days. Maturing in barrique (French oak) for about 12 months (50% new oak).
Soil: Slate and greywacke decomposition stone.
Character: Complex bouquet of blackberry and elderberry, rd cherry, raspberry, vanilla and dark chocolate, aroma of cedar wood. Elegant tannins, good structure and intensity on the palate. Multi-layered aftertaste and good potential.
Drinking recommendation: At a drink temperature of 15-16°C this wine goes well with poultry, light meat, pasta and mushrooms as well as a spicy companion to grilled stronger spiced fish.
