Description:
This fruity and delicate Scheurebe from Wirsching is the perfect summertime wine to drink whilst relaxing in the garden. A complex aroma of mangos, passion fruit and lemons excite the palate whilst being deliciously thirst quenching. The off-dry acidity is not too dissimilar of a good crisp Sauvignon Blanc, but much more exciting!
On nose: Vivid, fresh bouquet, notes of elderberry, grapefruit, cassis.
On palate: Fruity, dry, discreet acidity, fine exotic notes, light character.
Alcohol: 11,5% vol.
Res. sugar: 5,6 g/l
Acidity: 6,4 g/l
