This Silvaner has a lively character. Its fresh bouquet shows fine fruity notes and in taste its youthful lightness is remarkable. The light acidity and mineral taste is so typical of our wines - they are wonderfully nuanced.
Fermentation is effected at a lower temperature in comparison to our classical wines bottled in the Bocksbeutel. In this way the carbon dioxide is preserved giving the wine its tangy character and pleasant freshness.
Aroma: Vital, fresh bouquet, fine fruit, light hints of apple, quince and melon.
Taste: Juvenile character, pleasant freshness, light minerality, mild, subtle acidity.
