Fine aroma of yellow fruits and apple, elegant clear structure and juicy freshness. Dry with a juicy acidity which harmonise with the typical earthy mineral tones; good finish.
Intensive vineyard maintenance throughout the year, low yields and an uncompromising selection of bunches – by hand – lay the foundation for wines of high quality. In the cellar, the grapes and must are handled very gently. For the most part, the wines ferment in traditional, old oak casks.
