Young vines, 20-30 years old. Spontaneous fermentation, stainless steel, and left on the lees. Wild honey and white currant. Bony and full of steely chalky sinew, and yet there is a peachy sweetness. Trembling with fine acidity. It almost broadens out, but then pulls up at the last minute and clenches into a long taut finish. (Written by Tamlyn Currin – JancisRobinson.com)
