Intensive vineyard maintenance throughout the year, low yields and an uncompromising selection of bunches – by hand – lay the foundation of wines of high quality.
In the cellar, the grapes and must are handled very gently. For the most part, the wines ferment in traditional, old oak casks.
Delightful fruit and floral notes are woven together with the gentle nuances of pineapples, graprefruit and white pepper. A beautiful well-integrated acidity marks a refreshing, spicy finish.
