Tasting notes:
Nose: Maracuja, peach, pineapple, cassis and box-tree.
Palette: A pleasant and elegant wine with medium body and fresh acidity.
Cellar: The grapes where softly pressed and the must settled for 24 hours. The fermentation was temperature controlled in stainless steel tanks.
Vineyard: Different vineyards around Ruppertsberg and Deidesheim.
Soil: Sand, loam, clay, rocky sandstone.
Harvest: Selective picking at the end of September.
Food recommendation: Enjoy this Sauvignon Blanc by the glass or drink it with modern dishes with seafood or salad.

Res. sugar: 8,1 g/l
