This dry Weissburgunder dry (Pinot Blanc) is light golden yellow in colour. It has aromas of apple, hazelnut and citrus fruit, as well as delicate floral notes. Filigree acidity in combines with subtle fruity notes.
Vinification: Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

Food recommendation: Pairs perfectly with rabbit or guinea fowl terrines accompanied by a fine salad or asparagus au gratin with orange sabayon.
