Our biodynamic wines are made by biodynamic spiritual, ethical and ecological farming practices both in the vineyards and during the post-harvest process. The vineyard is treated as one organism, self-sustained by natural materials, soils, and composts which has a positive impact on the environment. Employing organic farming methods, biodynamic wines are free from artificial fertilisers and pesticides. Biodynamic farming practices also follow the lunar calendar and astrological influences.
The concept of biodynamic agriculture was introduced by Austrian philosopher Rudolf Steiner in the 1920's.
