This wine originates from a vineyard with VPD.ORTSWEINE classifcation. This means the grapes were grown in a high quality, characterful and traditional vineyard, and therefore produce an expressive wine that is typical of the local terrior.
Aged in large wooden barrels, this lemberger was produced in the traditional German way, using processes such as mash fermentation.
