This dry Riesling has a deep minerality reflective of its terroir. It is an extremely dense and melty dry white wine, with spicy notes.
Grapes sourced from several terraced Vineyards around the Village, all of which had slate rich soil. Various kinds of Slate Soil involved here.
Grapes were farmed sustainable and carefully harvested by hand. The wine was fermented using natural yeast and had long contact on the lees.
