A dry Riesling with incredible concentration and delicate elegance.
The grapes that produced this Riesling were grown in several vineyards with old vines (alte reben) that were around 60-80 years old. The vineyards are situated on a traditional terrace site that has soil rich slate, sandstone, loess and quartzite. This wine is an ambassador of its terroir.
Grapes were grown sustainable and carefully harvested by hand. The wine was fermented using natural yeast.
