"
Stainless-steel fermentation and on lees for four to five months. Arne Bercher uses an old champagne yeast that ferments dry without a flavour profile.
Incredibly spicy nose! Especially as there is no oak. Really exciting Pinot Blanc! Pears and river pebbles and a little buzz of electric energy. Gorgeous finish, a squeeze of grapefruit and then that wonderful mineral/white pepper spice. You just want this in your mouth."

Alcohol:      13,0% vol.
Res. sugar: 1,4 g/l
