A sweet wine, this Riesling Spätlese has aromas of apricots and rhubarb, as well as a hint of quince.
This white wine was made from perfectly ripened grapes, selected from only the Kapellenberg vineyard around the middle of October.
The wine was fermented in temperature controlled steel tanks. Fermentation lasted until the first week of January and was stopped by cooling down.
