"A citrus bomb. Lime sherbet with verve and bite. Snappy. Fresh and alive."

A typical Rheingau Riesling, it has a racy acidity, grippy finish and delicate fruitiness: with flavours of Granny Smith apple, peach and grapefruit.
From Hallgarten to Rüdesheim, where the Rhine river changes its otherwise straight course, the vines grow with protection of the Taunus mountains. The change of the river's direction creates south-facing slopes where the vines are blessed with sunshine. The varied soils, from loam and loess to quartzite, create many facets in this dry white wine.
