"Pinot Gris on volcanic soils. Part fermented in stainless-steel and part in cask.Quite a subdued nose. Very clean and straight, oranges and apples, but with good body and the spicy floral notes of irises. Lovely length and a tingle of sherbet-and-stone minerality. Appetising."
