Bercher 2021 Burkheimer Schlossgarten Villinger Grauburgunder Grand Cru dry

This Grauburgunder (Pinot Gris) Grand Cru is rich golden yellow in colour. Enormously smooth, this dry white wine has elegant fruit notes of ripe pineapple and pear. It also has a very harmonious acid structure. The vines are 38 years old. 

Vinification: Expansion in stainless steel and used Barriques.

Food recommendation: Pairs well with fried crustaceans such as lobster sauce or filet of monkfish in Pinot Gris sauce.

Drinking temperature: 11 - 13 Celsius

Alcohol: 12,5% vol.
