Wine: An intense Pinot Noir with fine fruity, smokey and graphite as well as blackberries aroma. This wine obtains its richness from dark berries, leather and a perfect acid and wood fusion.
Fermantation: Premazeration with 50% whole grapes. Fermentation with the natural yeast in French wooden barrels.
Drinking temperature: 14-18 Celsius
Can keep: 9-12 years
