

Bassermann-Jordan's 2018 Sauvignon Blanc originates from the grapes of vineyards around Ruppertsberg and Deidesheim.
The grapes were selectively hand-picked at the end of September, softly pressed and then allowed to settle for 24 hours. The fermentation was temperature controlled in stainless steel tanks.
On the nose this white wine has fresh exotic fruit aromas with hints of green pepper and lemongrass.
On the palate it is fresh and fruity with a vibrant acidity. Exotic aromas also remain on the palate.
Soil: Sand, loam, clay and rocky sandstone.
Food recommendations: This Sauvignon Blanc pairs well with seafood and salads.
Alcohol: 12,5% vol.
Res. sugar: 3,2 g/l
Acidity: 7,8 g/l
