This dry Weissburgunder dry (Pinot Blanc) is light golden yellow in colour. It has aromas of apple, hazelnut and citrus fruit, as well as delicate floral notes. This dry white wines filigree acidity is complimented by its subtle fruity notes.
Vinification: Temperature controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Bottled: May 2023
Soil: Grown on Loess soil, fermented in stainless steel, on the lees for 6 months.
Food recommendation: Pairs perfectly with rabbit or guinea fowl terrines accompanied by a fine salad or asparagus au gratin with orange sabayon.
